About the Event

The incidence of non-smoking females with non-small cell lung cancer is increasing at an alarming rate. We'll hear from Jenny Johnson who was the 2024 Lung Force Hero for the American Lung Association in Kansas & Greater Kansas City. She wants to let non-smoking females know that they should never ignore any of the common signs and symptoms of early-stage lung cancer.

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths in both men and women in the United States. It is important to raise awareness about lung cancer to promote early detection, prevention, and support for those affected.
